Broadband

The Town of Bucksport is currently working on adding resources to our broadband directory. The town has received a Planning Grant (2016) as well as an Implementation Grant (2019). There are several providers who offer internet in our community including wireless, satellite, fiber optic and high speed services.

Affordable Internet

There are both government subsidies and low-income internet programs from internet service providers (ISPs) that can help with your internet bill. These inexpensive internet plans, income-based programs, and low-income family plans help reduce the cost of staying connected.
